The Situation / Challenge

Linden Homes needed a brand for Wispers Park — a luxury development combining apartments and a country club, designed exclusively for the over-60s.

The challenge was to position the development as aspirational rather than age-defined — appealing to discerning buyers seeking independence, comfort and community.

After a competitive pitch, Glow was appointed to develop the brand identity and messaging for Wispers Park – a complete visual and verbal system that reflected elegance, trust and warmth.

We began with extensive research into the over-60s luxury market, analysing tone, imagery and communication styles that resonate with this demographic. The resulting identity combined classic design cues with modern refinement, introducing a hand-illustrated brand style that conveyed craftsmanship, heritage and a personal touch. Once the brand foundations were established, we extended the creative into a series of promotional campaignssupporting sales and awareness
