When we set out to create Frankly Consultants, we knew we weren’t just designing a logo. We were defining a mindset built on strategic brand design – clear, sharp, confident, and unapologetically focused on purpose.
Frankly was born from a simple truth we have seen time and again at The Glow Studio. Creativity alone is not enough to lead change. As our clients grew, merged, and evolved, it became clear that real transformation takes more than great design. It needs strategic direction.
That is where Frankly comes in. It was built to help brands navigate change with focus, alignment, and clarity. But before we could do that for others, we had to make sure our own brand embodied those same principles.





Building clarity through strategic brand design
From the outset, we approached Frankly’s identity as both a creative and strategic exercise. Every decision had intent behind it. The hand-drawn logo gives the brand a sense of warmth and approachability, keeping it human and grounded rather than corporate or distant. Yet its confident form reflects our belief in clarity and decisiveness.
Around it, we built a design system that feels structured but not rigid. The typography is bold yet refined, chosen for readability and presence. The colour palette strikes a balance between professional and approachable. The fluid background forms, derived from the logo itself, add energy and motion — a visual cue that strategy, like design, should never stand still.
A tone of voice with purpose
Design was only one part of the story. Frankly’s voice needed to sound the way we think: direct, honest, and human. We stripped away jargon and excess, focusing on language that feels practical and confident. The message had to be as strong as the visuals, because clear thinking deserves clear communication.
Strategy and design together
Creating Frankly reminded us why strategy and design belong side by side. Strategy shapes the intent and design gives it form. One without the other is incomplete.
Every element of the Frankly brand, from logo to language, was created to reflect that partnership. It is a brand that embodies what we believe: great work does not just look right, it thinks right too.
