Working closely with Shermco’s HR and Communications teams, we reimagined their internal newsletter as a storytelling-led publication – one that celebrates people and fosters connection.

We gathered stories from across the business to highlight achievements, milestones, and team moments, ensuring employees could see themselves reflected in every issue. Our creative team designed a refreshed visual identity and layout, combining corporate credibility with warmth and accessibility.
